Public Offer to conclude Donation Agreement

1. Subject of the Public Offer
   1. This Public Offer (hereinafter - the Offer) is a proposal by the WMID 118169110219 owner Сурдов Вадим Викторович (hereinafter - the Beneficiary) to conclude the Donation Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) with any natural person accepting the Offer (hereinafter - the Benefactor) on the terms set forth below.
   2. The Offer hereof is addressed solely to natural persons.
   3. The Offer is public in nature.
   4. The Offer shall enter into force on the day of its publication on the Funding Service website (hereinafter - the Service) at http://funding.web.money
   5. The Offer shall be valid indefinitely. The Beneficiary shall be entitled to withdraw the Offer at any time without explanation. The Offer may be amended and supplemented, and such amendments and supplements shall enter into force on the day following the date of their publication on the Website. Should one or more provisions of the Offer be or become invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
   6. The place of the Offer and the place of the Agreement formation shall hereinafter be defined as the country of residence of the Beneficiary stipulated in his/her Passport in the WebMoney Transfer system.
   7. This Offer shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the country of residence of the Beneficiary.
   8. By agreeing to this Offer, the Benefactor agreed hereof to receive from the Beneficiary correspondence of informative nature from which he/she shall be entitled to unsubscribe at any time.
2. Terms and Conditions of the Agreement
   1. The Benefactor shall hereby irrevocably transfer to the Beneficiary the funds in the amount specified by the Benefactor herein for the purposes set forth in para. 2.2 hereof.

   3. Execution of the Agreement
      1. This Agreement shall come into effect from the date of Acceptance of this Offer.
      2. The Benefactor shall accept the Offer by transferring the funds (the Donation) into the Beneficiary account, the details of which specified in Section 3 hereunder. The purpose of the transfer shall be identified hereinafter as the Donation.
      3. This Offer is deemed accepted by the Benefactor by executing the actions contemplated by para. 2.3.2 herein.
      4. The Acceptance Date of the Offer and the date of the Conclusion of the Agreement hereof shall be the date the funds transferred by the Benefactor are received by the Beneficiary onto his/her purse within the WebMoney Transfer system.
   4. Other Conditions
      1. The Beneficiary shall be entitled to repudiate his/her acceptance of the Donation at any time prior to and within ten days after accepting the Donation. If the Beneficiary refuses to accept the Donation after receipt, the Beneficiary shall return the Donation within five days of his/her decision of refusing the Donation. In the event that the Beneficiary makes the decision to repudiate his/her acceptance of the Donation, the Donation Agreement shall be deemed terminated as of the date of the Beneficiary repudiates his/her acceptance of the Donation.
      2. By executing the actions contemplated by this Offer, the Benefactor confirms that he/she is familiar with the terms and conditions and the wording of this Offer, the purpose of the Donation, is in sound mind and fully conscious of his/her actions, has full legal rights to execute the actions and fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.
      3. The Benefactor hereby confirms that at the time of acceptance of the Offer he/she is a legally capable person acting on his/her own behalf, at his/her own expense and in his/her own interest.
